Why Join?

Carroll Creek Farms is a small family farm where we share your values in wanting local, high quality and wholesome meat products for your protein needs. We currently raise beef, pork, lamb, chicken and eggs and our animals spend their lives ranging on pasture and woodlands and are raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones.

WHAT IS CSA?

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.  As a member you are shareholder in our farm. As animals are harvested, they are shared with our members. Once you commit to a CSA membership with Carroll Creek Farms you own a share of all the animals.

Becoming a member of a CSA, you’re purchasing a “share” of our meat on a monthly basis as we have them processed. Each month Jess or Adam will deliver a share of the ultra fresh meat to our convenient drop-off location or to your home. This will include 20 pounds of fresh beef, pork, lamb, and chicken for you to feed your family with for the month. The cuts of meat vary from month to month but if you do not eat a specific species or cut we will exclude it from your monthly share.

Benefits Include:
-Knowing your farmer and farm where your meat is raised
-Getting ultra fresh products even without having to have a large freezer
-Getting a variety of meat products every month
-Flexibility that we do not require you to sign up for more than a month at a time
-Cutting out the middle man and putting less steps between the farm and your table
