About Us

Faith

Hi everyone! My name is Faith Poulton, and I’m so excited to be part of the team here at Carroll Creek Farms. I am originally from Dayton, Ohio, and I attended Centerville High School. I recently graduated in May 2025 from the University of Findlay with a degree in Animal Science Industry and a minor in American Sign Language.

I’ve been working at Carroll Creek Farms for about a year now, and this experience has truly strengthened my passion for agriculture. I’ve always loved animals—something that started long before college. I spent 10 years in 4-H, where I showed horses, market goats, market chickens, and market hogs. Those years in the show ring taught me hard work, responsibility, and just how rewarding it is to care for animals.

One of my biggest dreams is to one day have an operation of my own, much like this farm. One of my favorite parts of this job is seeing the entire process—from caring for animals when they’re young to watching them grow and eventually provide food for families across the country. It’s a career that allows me to combine my love for animals with the important work of feeding our communities.

I’m so grateful to be learning and growing here at Carroll Creek Farms, and I can’t wait to see where this journey takes me!

Julian

Hi, I’m Julian. I usually work the booth at 2nd Street Market, but you’ll occasionally find me helping out at the farm.

I’m originally from Montana; I was born in Bozeman and raised on a thoroughbred ranch outside the Bozeman Pass where it snowed from September to May. My childhood involved horse racing, snowboarding, dog shows, and dog rescue. I moved to Dayton 17 years ago and attended Stivers School for the Arts and Wright State University. Today I’m often out in the wilderness walking Seal, my Chessie; ice skating; going to Columbus Blue Jackets games; taking pictures; or scribbling down designs.
